Lets define "win". If wreaking havoc with the NATO, demoralizing UN beyond repair, show US diplomacy as inept, turn the whole world against the US, drill a hole on US and UK budgets, drag military forces into a camp not easy to escape; the Iraqis are clearly winning. And the house to house fighting hasn't started yet. Wait for "pockets of resistance" on the news, then you'll know what I mean. The best outcome should have been pizza.

Gary, More of the Government and media way of manipulating the public mind? You are asking a wrong question. When did American have mind of their own since World war I? Now Vast majority are zombies of TV, and to top it off Miss. Lewidnessuky (Clinton's cigar fame) will host a show on none other than Fox. Now Fox is the leading new channel! Go figure that out.
