Israel, I respect what you say about your family.

But please don't tell me that your truth is the be all end all.

Part of life under tyranny is not being able to speak freely.

It's amazing to me that people who are free to post their opinions on this thread would be so angry that the Iraqi people are being relieved of a tyrant who to date is responsible for the deaths of about 1.5 million people.

I don't get this bitterness.

The other tyrants you speak of have not demonstated their eageness to use their weapons so much. Sure the other guys have them, but have they used them? Not like saddam has.

That's a unique threat.

>>Actually the purpose of the war is to free millions of people from the threat of Saddams' weapons.>>

This war is about setting up the United States for strategic dominance of the world economic system for the next 50 years, and ensuring that the dollar doesn't crater. Side purposes are to make it look like they're easing the public's underlying fear of the unknown with regards to terrorism, and enrich the shrub's buddies in the process (no bid secret contracts to Halliburton for reconstruction before the war even started ? Yep, it's dark lord Cheney in action again).

Rove's purpose is to plant emotional hooks into the heads of American spongebrains so that they buy into his masters' program.
