Sorry, I can't even recall where I read it. Though you could automatically eliminate Fox and newsmax as possibilities and probably every other conservative rag. They wouldn't publish it. I tried Google, but turner has done too much...too many links. His Billion to the UN was his biggest...he did another $250 Million to set up a foundation [the Nuclear Threat Initiative] in Wash D.C. startribune.com I can also recall that conservatives were worried that Ted Turner might get a prescription drug benefit if it was included under Medicare and not means tested. jttmab
