But the US generals still say the leadership is in disarray in iraq, for one thing they haven't blown up all the bridges to keep the US tanks from coming in.... (at least I haven't seen that yet on the news) and other basic military tactics which would make it seem like SH is still there and in charge. I know the south is fighting but is there any real evidence the leadership is still issuing orders?
