It definitely could be argued that there are major risks in supporting Israel. Clinton said last year if Israel was attacked he would get in the trenches to help defend Israel.
I agree with Clinton on that, so that's how I feel.

On the other hand if we let Israel go it on their own years ago, they may have solved it militarily. So the US actually protected the Arabs countries from Israel.
The danger now is the balance of power is shifting with wmd.
