Hands in the cookie jar? What's that mean? The Russians have oil deals in Iraq and Iraq owes them billions. They have reason to be concerned. Billions is a lot of money to them. And Bush's friend Putin now fears GW. No more barbecues at the ranch. This is one of the bi-products of the war decision. Much damage control will need to be done internationally. One big reason why we need new leadership in 2004.
