I'm fully aware of that. However, my perception is that many of those protestors are opposed to the war simply on the basis of who is at the helm. For those who oppose all war, while I may disagree with their thought process, I can respect their consistency and stand.

Untrue! But I would question the messengers of his word and with good reason. God is divine but the Humans that run his institutions aren't always quite so divine. That said I really try not to bring God into any of this because I don't think he's all too supportive of war regardless of the situation. I would think that the mainly Democrat opposition would try not to invoke the word of God to much either since many of them support abortion which calls into question their credibility when it comes to Christianity. Just to avoid the follow up question....Yes I support choice. I think its a rotten method of birth control and I reserve the right to look down on people who decide to use it as such except in cases of safety for the mother.
