The technology exists today, but it's a chicken or egg problem. It will cost $100 billion to make hydrogen refueling stations as plentiful as gas stations. And that's the real problem. But if we can just get it started, it will make America stronger, because we can let all those loonies in the Middle East drown in their own poverty, because we won't need any more oil.
