Who do you suppose this refers to?:
He has showed zero respect for Arabs, sealing his fate
his list of Arab enemies is legion:
Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Kurds, most Emirate nations along the Persian Gulf
plus Iran (non-Arabic)

He is defiant, but not intelligent
he failed in building alliances
instead he chose to build war armaments
