I can not speak for them. As far as I'm concerned, I have difficulty believing anything governments (all governments) tell its citizens. Very often it is self-serving, manipulative propaganda which comes at the expense of honest citizens. There may indeed be chemical and biological weapons in Iraq. I'll bet you lots of other countries have similar weapons stockpiled in some underground warehouse. If weapons is our excuse for bombing Iraq, why don't we kick the arses of those North Koreans who've indicated their willingness to use nuclear weapons? My point is that we can not be selectively hypocritical!
