Thanks for asking those questions. While I listen to what Challo posts about Don Sew, I don't actively follow him, so some of his terms are confusing to me, and I don't clearly have an idea of how to trade on his signals, other than those of the Class 1 variety. I have a stochastic-like indicator of my own that, in conjunction with Williams%R, makes the current market look similar to what we saw on 10/15/01 and 10/21/02. Both of these dates found us roughly half way through bear market rallies. From a bullish viewpoint I'd like to see a pullback in which the VIX doesn't change much, followed by a consolidation that sends the VIX on its way south.
