I did some calling around and there is quite a number of condo's going up or up. Really surprises me with all the legal problems with them.
Seems that market is having some troubles selling. With low interest rates people are opting for single families. When "if?" interest rates go back up condo's may come back into fashion with first time buyers.
I'm going to see what's close to Pac Bell Park in S.F just for giggles. And keep an open mind for other locals.
