Moore, a harsh critic of the Bush administration, received a standing ovation. He invited his fellow documentary nominees on stage, saying they were there in "solidarity with me, because we like non-fiction, and we are living in fictitious times. ... I did not watch the Oscars for that reason. I just saw the replay on CNN. What a dink. I should have stayed on Fox. I see that the oscars committe also gave a pedophile/child rapist an Oscar for best director. that doesn't even surprise me. there has been some very interesting stuff. One retired General was talking about the specific locations of the republican guard and a Retired colonel mentioned the 2k sorties that are "bombing the crap" out of them. We also may have used a MOAB... The general also described how we got saddam's MOAB (mother of all bunkers). We hit the palace with 4 cruise missiles, leveling the structure. We then sent in 4 bunker busters. bye bye bunker. The bunker busters can be programmed to follow each other down a hole, with each one able to penetrate 36 feet of concrete. The jerusalem post reporter that was at the chemical facility was also on. She indicated that the place appeared recently abandoned but still had manicured lawns. It will interesting to find out if there is anything left there. she is also "impressed" with the marines she is driving with. We are also apparently a lot closer to Baghdad than the 90 miles mentioned earlier...
