I understand that it is widely said that an attack on any Muslim is an attack on all Muslims, and an attack on any Muslim country is an attack on all Muslim countries. The corollary of that argument is that everybody needs to be afraid, very afraid, of messing with any Muslims because they risk widening the gap between the West and the quote unquote "Islamic world." May I remind you that it is also widely said "Don't mess with Texas." Which, by the way, will never be Mexican again.
