c.horn, It sure is and like with the fed, estimated revenues were made for the next couple of years. Those estimates are wild guesses that will fall significantly short. My real estate taxes can conceivably jump 10/year. If that happens, no tax break ever implemented will positively effect me.

Tax cuts are a myth...for every "cut" there is a hike in some other tax to make up for the shortfall.
