I thought that was pretty rich as well.

Geneva Convention says nothing about showing POWs on TV or anything, by the way. What it outlaws is "outrages upon personal dignity, in particular, humiliating and degrading treatment" being inflicted on POWs.

That asking a few questions like "Why did you come here?" on TV is "humiliating & degrading treatment" a distortion of the Geneva Convention, which was meant to protect POWs from being kept naked and knee-deep in pig dunk, occasionally made to sit on coke bottles, or something.

Anyway, it is nice to see that Bush & Co are beginning to see the light re POWs...
