Anyone of voting age is responsible. We are not incapable of stopping the war, we simply didn't have the will to do it. If the country had risen up in armed insurrection, the war would not have taken place. Clearly the will of the people was not to rise up in armed insurrection- so be it. After all, we have the right to bear arms for a reason- so that we can overthrow the government by force if they do not serve our needs.
