Sun, An international body is necessary but not the League of Nations which the UN imo was becoming. After this war, the UN framework can be used but, the body cant become subject to the whim of the russians(kosovo) of the french(iraq) or the tiny nations of the Security counsel(who play lets make a deal or stick a finger in americas eye) and be effective. We can work on that framework together. I would like to see regions(africa, south america) represented as well as just nations. Perhaps some way to eliminate the veto as well. mike
