Sorry, I don't agree with your premise that a Tito like person needs to be there. I said Yugoslavia should serve as an example of what does not work. I did not say we should replay history. You get the 3 parts. You isolate them from everyone else and see to it a structure is made that their best choice is to cooperate with each other. That would be the job of the federal government. IT MUST NOT USE FORCE TO MICROMANAGE THE THREE FACTIONS. It must only prevent them from killing each other and it should see to it that oil proceeds are divided fairly and that means of inter-state commerce are set. That's it. NO TITO FOR IRAQ. Your strong man solution will be the biggest mistake that can be made.
