OT <PC Hollywood crowd giving Roman Polanski a standing ovation>

No more surprising, than Clinton getting caught committing a felony, denying his sexual exploitation at the workplace, and getting away with it.

No more surprising than the Catholic Church covering up, for decades, child molestations by many priests.

No more surprising than the Air Force Acadamy covering up and minimizing the habitual rape of underclass female cadets by upperclass male cadets.

There is a casual tolerance for rape, in our society. Before my daughter goes to college, I'm going to make sure she has a Black Belt. And the attitude to defend herself, because it is clear nobody else will.

Were you surprised by the PC Hollywood crowd giving Roman Polanski a standing ovation last night? I was.

I would have been surprised if they didn't. The one thing that did surprise me was Steve Martin's quip after Michael Moore's witless anti-war nonsense. He came to the podium and said, "Its delicious back stage. The Teamsters are stuffing Michael Moore into the trunk of his Limo." Got great applause.
