Whether the UN is 'saved' by being totally over-hauled, or it is replaced by a different international organization is of no real matter.

If there were no international organization for debate and dispute airing between nations... we would have to invent one.

But the flaws in the UN's structure have been clear since the '50s.

Though, it's only since the collapse of the Soviet Union that it has been possible to re-make it.
