In your first post, you alluded to some arab towns wanting to be on the israeli side. I didnt understand what you meant about "bargaining chip" as relates to that. mike


No, "bargaining chip" refered to placements of the wall that might be given up again later. I don't know in detail what those might be. Arab towns lobbying to be on the Israeli side is a separate issue. Israeli law and order might be far from perfect from the Arab viewpoint, but at least it is law and order, which is more than you can say about the PA side, even before the Israelis reoccupied.
