I have a good excuse for 'em. Fox News could "leak" the, until now secret, information that Russia was going to move into Iraq and overthrow saddam, liberate the Iraqis and destroy saddam's WMDs. Russia would have created a HUGE mess out of it so we were compelled to act first in order to pre-empt Russia. Then, if no WMDs were found we could blame the entire thing on them.
