"As for WMDs, we will find them. Then maybe not. Then find them again"

Nicely stated. GWB (& friends) have said "WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION" so many times it is now designated WMD.

It is INCONCEIVABLE that we will not find them. If they are not there ACTUALLY, we will resort to what the police do regularly when needed, normally termed "the plant".

Here's my generic scenario:

1) a secret plant in the desert
2) heavily guarded, including ferocious genetically-engineered guard-dogs specially selected for their viciousness
3) a big-production plant (only stopped production day of invasion)
4) specifications of the chemical and bio items will reveal
that they are designed to infect at least half a million
people at a pop (= mass destruction)
5) invoice records show biggest customer as:
Mr. O. bin Laden,
c/o Taliban
At a location too "sensitive" to be revealed

Or something like that. It would be handy if the same plant had an underground bunker in which atomic bombs were stored. (biggest customers of these revealed to be Syria, Iran, North Korea and other names too sensitive to mention)

I can just see the headline in Fox News:

"George W to Dominique de Villepin: "I told you so!"

The Press Kit will probably include a selection of "packaged headlines" for the developing story with the promise of a future "consideration" if they run the headlines verbatim.

THOSE WMD WILL BE FOUND! Count on it!
