Rebuilding Iraq is all DEFICIT financing by the US unless we can grab their oil to pay for it. When Bush left the UN behind he lost the opportunity to share those costs. Much will go to companies like Halliburton which has 94 offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands alone, evading US taxes. So the US taxpayer will see little if any benefit from Iraq. But the tax-payers will get stuck with the bill. That's the Bush economy. The middleclass pays for his cronies actions.
