There is a choice for the Classic Interface versus the new one. Is there an option to make it look like it did yesterday if you weren't using the Classic interface?

The very top row has multiple lines of text superimposed when viewing with Netscape 4.79 on this computer (can't update Netscape because it's Windows 95 which can't be updated to Windows XP which ...).
