How could the inspection team miss the 100 acre "known" and heavily guarded chemical plant? They inspected a nearby concrete plant. Concrete? They thought that concrete might be a weapon of mass destruction, but a 100 acre chemical plant was not worth inspecting?

Inspections would have worked if they had been massive and backed by force. But they would not have been easy and anyway Bush wants regime change. Disarmament was never enough for him. Inspections would not have changed the regime. Or gotten Bushies the oil.
