Have you ever SEEN an Apache Helicopter up close? While nothing is IMPOSSIBLE, it would have taken a golden bullet to down an Apache with a rifle. I personally think they suffered a mechanical malfunction (unless it was pilot error) that caused a hard landing and some peasant is going to get a nice $$ reward from Saddam for claiming he shot it down. jdn
