The Second American-Iraqi War, Caesar vs. Dictator
America has been transformed from a republic to an empire (a form of dictatorship). The sure proof of this is that we have no control over the decisions to bomb Afghanistan and Iraq, or to provide continued military aid to Israel. The Cabal has used our leaders to start and maintain these acts of oppression.

We are told that we are in Iraq to relieve the poor people there from
a terrible dictatorship. But most Americans can be made to
understand this is not true. While the people of Iraq do indeed
suffer under a dictatorship, this has nothing to do with why we are
destroying many of them, or why we are about to set up an imperial US
military government over them. We are doing this to them because
someone wants to control their country and its resources, where it
has its bank accounts. The same cabal now controls our own country's
war policy. "Cabal" is a kosher word for "conspiracy." The American
Caesar is not one man. The American Caesar is a cabal that controls
him.
The "Great Turning" is a spirit within us that recognizes this
terrible lie. It is a sprouting demand for justice in the face of an
unspeakable evil that we cannot seem to get a complete handle on, so
great and awful is it.
The knowledge of the "Great Turning" is strong among us. But does it
have a will and a purpose sufficient to keep momentum? This we must
now discover.
After you read this paper, read our related report called THE GREAT
TURNING, and if you are, or feel the need to be a part of it, you
must prepare yourself. We must learn how to verbalize these truths
to others. America has been transformed from a republic to an empire

War must, by law, be declared by the Congress. Again, the
uncontrolled action of a few to take the rest into war is the classic
proof of a dictatorship. Our forefathers knew the power to make war
was not only the power to kill others (like the people of Iraq) but
it is also the power to completely control those at home. This can
be clearly seen by the fact that our will as citizens means little
when it comes to these so-called wars, and the will of the elected
congressmen is ignored as well. Sadly, all but a few are afraid to
express their individual will. We Hold These Truths studied the
reasons for this and have an antidote.
Saddam Hussein is or was (for he may have been killed on March 20,
2003) a tyrant. He has taken his sad and helpless people into prior
wars at his will, though he never was so foolish as to seek war
against the USA. He intimidates and kills those who resist. He
drafts his armies, he appoints whomever he wants, and he listens to
only those he wishes to hear.
But war by our tyrants against other tyrants is still tyranny against
us. We still have many freedoms, though our President has boldly
threatened those freedoms. Some of us can now clearly see we also
live in a budding dictatorship. In fact, this "war" is a ritual
slaughter. It will surely show us that Mr. Bush is different from
Saddam Hussein only in that he does not run the American Empire by
himself. He simply administrates it for a named cabal. The cabal
currently calls its war plan "THE PROJECT FOR THE NEW AMERICAN
CENTURY", though this is only an outward manifestation of a larger
cabal, and it has had many names in the past. You will read more
about it in "THE GREAT TURNING".
Saddam Hussein has an elite guard which he uses to kill and imprison
his opposition at his whim. But Americans are now subject to the
Patriot Act and the Department of Homeland Security, which with other
agencies answer only to the president. Through these he has the same
power as Saddam Hussein to watch, arrest, and imprison virtually
without charge. He can even make people "go away." Our Empire's
mechanism and Iraq's mechanism are essentially the same.
George Walker Bush has threatened us many times in connection with so-
called terrorists. You have probably heard him say words to the
effect, "WE HAVE DEALT WITH OVER 3,000 TERRORISTS WHOM WE HAVE
ARRESTED, DETAINED, OR OTHERWISE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM TO THE UNITED
STATES AGAIN."
This stunning statement by Mr. Bush has been repeated many times
verbatim, so it is not an offhand remark. It seems to be intended to
warn us that the American Caesar has caused men
(suspected "terrorists") to "go away" mafia style. Can this be
anything other than a warning that our government now arrests,
detains and kills people they suspect without trial? How do these
nameless, faceless "terrorists" differ from the many "traitors"
Saddam Hussein has made to disappear?
The "war" is between the American Caesar and the Iraqi Dictator.
People of both countries are left out of the equation, except to pay
for it and die for it. This is being demonstrated as never before in
the near total silence of Congress on the Iraq issue.
WHOEVER CONTROLS AMERICA CONTROLS THE W0RLD.
If you are to be a part of "The Great Turning" you had better get
used to the terms "empire" and "cabal." You should now ask your
Congressman to take back the American Republic for you. If he will
not speak out loud and clear, you must tell him you will resolve to
replace him with someone who will speak out. We must organize to
help direct others to this logical solution. This is the only choice
you have, for you cannot recover your heritage the way your
forefathers did, with a musket.
If it was Saddam Hussein or some other weak ruler who controlled
America from afar we could overthrow him with a handful of American
Patriots, and start over. We agree with those who say George W. Bush
should be impeached, but only the Congress can do that, so we must
apply pressure to the Congressman. The Congress must strip the
American Caesar of excessive and illegal authority. It must do this
so the Imperial Cabal cannot abuse the powers.
You should send this indictment to your Congressman and demand that
he make a public statement to stop the illegal bombing of Iraq now,
and take back that war power he gave by acquiescence to "The American
Caesar."
Are you a part of "The Turning"? If so, please join us in
acknowledging what you are turning from and what you would turn to.
A kinder, more intelligent and gentle dictator is not "The Great
Turning." It is a slow burning. The Cabal already has such a man
picked out for you, if you reject G. W. Bush in 2004. You are faced
with the same decision your ancestors in some other land were
probably faced with. Most of them lived in an empire, and they chose
to leave. We will not turn this empire back to a Republic easily,
nor without pain.
If "The Great Turning" is to succeed we must start a movement to de-
elect every Congressman for failing to do his duty. This needs to be
done at the local level, and to do so you need a local action group.
Most of those who favor the bombing of Iraq find their support base
in the evangelical churches.
The war on the Iraqi people is the undeniable proof that this crime
exists. If your congressman is the rare exception, thank him and
tell us about him, we will post his name among those who can be
trusted with authority. If not, do not allow his crime to become
your crime. Tell your congressman you are organizing and will make a
final, unequivocal decision about him based upon his response to
you. Thumbs up or thumbs down, and a no reply gets a thumbs down.
