I used to really dislike Alan Greenspan, but Lieberman has supplanted him in my all time most despised category. Anyway, Afghanistan is still a mess, but so what. The Taliban had put an end to opium production and now with the US occupation, the opium production has returned to that country....don't forget Bush Sr. backed NOriega and the cocaine trafficking into the US, according to the CIA of which Bush was the head.
