Hi JDN:
I'm sure there are at least some media outlets that are slanted to the left as FOX is slanted to the right. However, I don't agree with those who characterize all media outside of FOX as such.

I am warming to Bill OReilly. I think his problem is that he is on FOX. A lot of intelligent left people won't go on there, either for principles or worried about Hannity-like shout downs. So, OReilly had some really weak left POV people on in the past (at least the shows I say). He has an intolerance of weak arguments, and usually eats those people alive. However, as he gains credibility, he may be able to attract more and more left people who can stand their own.

As far as Daschle, what would you think of a quote like this during the war: "I had doubts about the bombing campaign from the beginning. I didn't think we had done enough in the diplomatic area." Is it too strong to give your point of view during the war?
