Disgraceful Jacob. You should be ashamed. Could you explain why you think so, Michael? Remember that (a) all of us post articles which don't represent our views, (b) the views expressed in that article are widely believed around the world and tend to undermine present US representations about the applicabilty of the Geneva Conventions, which (c) Rumsfeld was warned on exactly this point by no less an administration luminary than Colin Powell. So what's the shame. One doesn't have to agree with the argument to see the administration has created a very serious problem for itself.
