I don't watch Fox news. The only person I know of who predicted a war of 2-3 days is a fellow who posts on SI. Re. leftist lies - I started a rant in reply based on the spurious charges I read on line. But then I see you are only talking about the "mainstream left" not "radical elements such as the Socialist Workers Party or the Communist Party". To really answer that I'd have to know what is "mainstream left" and what isn't. Looks to me like the "radical elements" are leading and the more mainstream types are dutifully following. Course I wouldn't know what is "mainstream" and what is "radical".
