Gary >by Syria joining Iraq at this time, do they feel they can turn that possibility now?

I was being facetious. I'm quite sure that Syria, as a nation, doesn't want to make war with the US, now or ever. Clearly, those you are going along to help Iraq are doing it on a personal basis.

Of course, the Perle/Wolfowitz agenda still stands and that is for real. The US chicken-hawks/neocons want to control the world.

Gary, looks like Coke and Big Mac won't be making a profit this year --- at least, not outside the US.

reuters.com

>>>The boycotts appear to be part of a nascent worldwide movement. One Web site, www.consumers-against-war.de, calls for boycotts of 27 top American firms from Microsoft to Kodak while another, www.adbusters.org, urges the "millions of people against the war" to "Boycott Brand America."

Consumer fury seems to be on the rise. Demonstrators in Paris smashed the windows of a McDonald's restaurant last week, forcing police in riot gear to move in to protect staff and customers of the American fast-food outlet. The attackers sprayed obscenities and "boycott" on the windows.<<<

As for me, I'm "hooked" on Coke so I can't particiate!

Gary, you previously mentioned the attack on the Syrian bus.

debka.com

>>>Several hundred Lebanese Hizballah volunteers for Saddam’s army are on their way to Baghdad through Syria in a convoy organized by Syrian Army

DEBKAfile reported earlier that a Syrian bus hit by a US missile was part of the flow of Syrian-sponsored volunteers to Baghdad<<<
