Boy, do I get sick & tired of these whining liberals who can think of nothing better to post here than paranoid ramblings and misguided bashing of their own country?! Freedom to from being murdered en mass in the office bldgs where they work, the malls where they shop, and the homes they live in is.... ******THE FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT FREEDOM******* Get a clue people! If you're dead and glowing in the dark because we didn't have adequate domestic security laws and apparatus to track down and stop terror cells BEFORE the detonate a suitcase nuke, a dirty bomb, or blow up a nuclear pwr plant the other freedoms we are trying to preserve quickly become irrelevant. America is NOT a totalitarian society and is NOT going to turn into one. What we are seeing our government do in terms of domestic security is not only absolutely necessary buy long overdue, IMHO. My only major concern is we're not shut off the massive influx of illegals coming across the Mexican and Canadian borders. Doing that will vastly increase the chances of successful terrorist interdiction by our domestic security and law enforcement folks. But frankly? I've got neither the time nor the desire to get into extended political debates. Trading is how I make my living. So that has to be my primary focus. In fact, I'm signing off for the day because I've already taken too much time away from that day job to post about trading and the markets which I'd like to see more interest in here among the newer arrivals vs baiting moderate conservatives like Slider and myself. Political posts are OK. BUT, this thread was not set up for politicos who aren't going to post about anything else. There are purely political threads on SI for that.
