We are talking about whether or not US & UK soldiers received a warm welcome from most Iraqis, which was your original assertion.


I expect they will from a majority. The article I posted showed some of that. And reports of resistance here and there in a good sized country don't disprove it.

My question was, and still is, how you justify ignoring this FT article, just because it challenges your preconceived convictions - that Iraqis are oh so happy they are being invaded by the US.

I've commented on the FT article already - have a little patience. I'm arguing with several people at once here.

Well, those folks who the embedded journalist reporter saw actually were happy about being invaded. It seems to me that fact challenges your preconceived convictions.
