>>Funny I hadn't noticed him attacking anyone in 12 years.

How about the horrible crimes on his own countrymen?

<< Taking out Saddam brings world peace? Funny I hadn't noticed him attacking anyone in 12 years. >>

Saddam supports and harbors terrorists that attack others. For 12 years the UN has kept sanctions on Saddam in order to force Saddam to stop developing WMD. Saddam has taken a modern Iraq, and turned it into a third world nation, with tens of thousands of starving children dieing each year, in an oil rich country. The Iraqis should not have to live every day under fear, brutality, torture, starvation.

You are dense. None of this sinks into your narrow mind. You just sit there at your PC in your cosy life, and think of mindless slogans. What an ass.

You still refuse to answer the question of whether or not you want to see MORE American dead soldiers or LESS.

It's an easy question for anyone who has an ounce of decency.

Then why did Clinton order attacks? Oh yeah, I forgot that was to take the public's mind off of his sex scandals.

Sometimes you need to remind yourself just what Saddam's intentions were. He was fully prepared to go into SA and made an attempt at Al-Khafji, an outpost that guarded hundreds of Oil Tanks at Ras Turnira to the south and the naked (unguarded) USMC storage depots. We (the Saudis and our airpower) were lucky to stop him or he would have set that place ablaze or even worse engaged the Egyptian and Syrian forces which would have caused chaos for our flyers trying to decide which Russian tank was which. Add to this his devestation of the oil fields of Kuwait and murder of his own people and I think it is disengenuous to say "I hadn't noticed him attacking anyone in 12 years." His efforts in the past are enough to convict him many times over. He just needed a few allies as creepy as he was and the muslim fundamentalists were it.
