Princeton eCom Names Jef Morrow Chief Product Officer; Former CheckFree VP Will Lead Product Development and Marketing

PRINCETON, N.J., Mar 26, 2003 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Princeton eCom, a
leading provider of electronic billing and payments, has appointed Joseph F.
(Jef) Morrow, Jr. as Chief Product Officer.

Morrow has held senior management positions in product management and business
development in the electronic billing and payments industry during a 20-year
career as a strategic marketing and business development executive. He also has
been a frequent speaker at international forums on billing and payments and the
author of several articles in industry publications.

At Princeton eCom, he will lead the company's product management, development
and marketing functions. He will also join the company's senior management team
and report to Alix Hoffman, Senior Vice President Sales and Product Development.

"Jef Morrow brings extensive knowledge of billing and payments products and the
marketplace to Princeton eCom," said Ron Averett, Princeton eCom's President and
COO. "He will play a key role as we focus our efforts on products that are even
more responsive to the needs of billers and financial institutions in today's

Morrow served as Vice President - New Business Development and Vice
President-Product Management for CheckFree i-Solutions where he was responsible
for product management and for expanding the company's product line.

He also served as Vice President, Product Marketing for BlueGill Technologies,
where he targeted the development of the company's Internet billing software
products to create vertical market solutions and advanced capabilities in
marketing automation and analytics increasing sales to Fortune 500 customers. He
also negotiated key strategic partnerships, alliances and distribution channels
for BlueGill prior to its acquisition by CheckFree.

Previously Morrow held marketing and corporate development positions for
Telesciences, Inc. in Mount Laurel, N.J. and served as a member of the senior
advisory board of BaseCamp Ventures, also in Mount Laurel. Morrow began his
career as an economic analyst for National Economic Research Associates in
Washington D.C. He later joined Verizon Corporation in New York City as an
economist and rose through the management ranks to become the company's
Director-Business Planning.

He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and MA degrees in
Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an
MBA with honors from New York University.


He resides in Moorestown, New Jersey.
