what I wonder is if there will be a specific time that they actually give up -- you know, maybe at most they get a few senior officials in the guard to say they have surrendered, but whoever is over there (from the U.S.) keeping the peace is constantly a target until we just get worn out or a new administration takes over.

if the administration really knew where the WMD were -- they should have just bombed the carp out of those sites and left. There's no added value to taking over the country -- unless it really is an oil grab or launching platform for something else ...

Crazy to give them sooo much time to prepare as well ... seems like no way to treat our fighting men.
