No North Vietnamese was ever held accountable for the crimes against the Geneva Convention ( not to mention against humanity ) in the unspeakable treatment of our POWs.

Any costs borne by the N. in prosecuting the war were more than paid back by 30 years of slave labor by the S.

Kerry stated that the United States had a definite obligation to make extensive economic reparations to the people of Vietnam.
