Nadine,
Mr. Market watched CNN over the weekend. On saturday nite i told friends we would give up the 275 we gained in that one big day last week. Well we hit 325. Today reason is back. Folks are remembering vietnam and 52,000 deaths over a 10 year+ span. The debate here is not whether we will win the war, but whether we will win the peace. Bushes place in history will be determined by the latter imo. And we blood thirsty neocons, including the president, want that more than anything. This admin has put american troops at risk to avoid the heavy handed bombing of the Gulf War. We could have bombed them for 29 days and held off the invasion. But we behaved well and have probably sacrificed american lives for iraqi one. Only few opponents of the war recognize this and if they do usually wont say it. Mike

PS On fox sunday the liberal talking heads Juan Williams and Mara Liasson are exceptions as i understand it, and they are against the war.
