You seem to find it important to highlight details no one else mentions like the shovel up/down. In the photos I saw it was up, but that was after the dozer had backed up and was parked - there is no way to know for sure if the blade was dragged along the ground. I'm not sure anyone can read too much into that detail, he backed up as the by standers became frantic.

It it important whether she was standing or kneeling when the "accident" occurred as it helps to understand whether the driver could or could not see if she was there. Obviously he saw her when he was approaching, but from what I've read they would move out of the way at the last moment. I doubt the drive could see her when he got real close. It is also important to note the dozer was hardened with plate steel to protect the driver from small arms fire - further reducing his visibility.

If you want to read the inflammed language of activists or that of responsible reporters - that's your choice. The details are significant, I still believe it was an accident in they (driver and Rachel) made some assumptions that didn't work out this time.
