To clarify, for:
Message 18751584
I would like to hover over the blue Post #16590 and perhaps with an additional key pressed be able to see that entire Post #16590 (or if long or wide only the first n lines and nn characters per line).
Like at sites that let you see a submenu by hovering over a category item.

I clicked on your link. . . I did NOT see a "blue Post #16590". . . I saw a black 16590. . . I fail to see why I would want to 'hover' over it to see what is already there.

For an "example" look at
cme.com. and hover over Market Data

I did just that. . . I 'hovered' (put my mouse pointer over it). . . Nothing happened. ergo, No Example.

Maybe the user could have some control over the position, starting with upper left and going "clockwise" or otherwise repositioning the sub-window to be out of the way for reading or preparing a Reply.

This means nothing to me. . . I do know that I can see the post that I'm replying to if I just scroll down and read it. . . . or copy / paste something from it.

I'm sorry. . . I don't 'See it'.

Joe
