i think he got that from the yahoo bathroom walls. i was hoping for dell or ibm or even crisco to be buyers. we'll just have to wait and see..

Not really. BRCD revenues are estimated at $130 mil while ELX are estimated at $80 mil. Wouldn't be the first time that a smaller company absorbed a larger company. Compaq acquiring Digital Equipment Corporation comes to mind right away. Actually, it makes perfect sense. Sell HBA's with your switches. A package deal.

I don't follow. What do shares outstanding have to do with anything?
