ADX on the VIX Daily implies a large volatility move to come soon: stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyyay[pd20,2!b50!f][vc60][iUl14!La12,26,9]&pref=G Last time the ADX was this low was mid-January, and we all know what came next. But a volatility breakout could be down as well. FWIW, I use touches of the daily Bollinger Bands in the VIX as short-term buy/sell signals, as in Friday's sell signal. Today's print adds evidence for a continuation of the correction tomorrow.
