However, I agree with Jack. I don't see any RED flags. Yes, ROE is only 5%, yes, D/E is ~1, yes, the earnings cover interest payments only 2:1. I would not buy a company with these ratios, but are these big red flags? Not for me. So I must be missing something. :-( I have some wild guesses, but I don't think I would have acted on them, so I won't post them. ;-)
