Not sure what else he ever did. He lobbed a couple cruise missiles in what he hoped was the general direction of someone hostile in retaliation for the destruction by bomb of two of our embassies and the killing of hundreds of innocent African civilians. Oh, and he bombed the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, didn't he? But that's OK 'cause the French were on our side. He made it up to the Chinese anyway, by giving them access to Al Gore. They were so bored they forgot about the bombing. ;-)
