My ancestors beat yours.

Nyah, nyah, mine beat yours.

And everyone else's, for that matter. At worse it's a tie.

"e: When 3 of my 4 grandparents immigrated to the U.S. in the late 1800s and early 1900s...

"My ancestors beat yours. Good thing mine were more tolerant than you are."

My 4th grandparent was from Braintree, MA, a descendent of Miles Standish, Captain of the Mayflower. Shall we do a weighted average?

In any case, all of my ancestors are from Western European nations with traditions of real freedom, not the satrapies and turd world toilets that so many immigrants are from.

Regardless, people like Techchudaihatsu who argue that Americans were good for cannon fodder for a civil war in Korea need to either get an education or go back to Seoul or Inchon or wherever.

John, you really should read up a little before trying to play the immigration card.

I don't know about that. Did you read some of Tim's posts?
