Enron and Clinton Regime were in bewd together WAY more than President Bush...Enron was disappointed that the President did not back them up like Clinton was...

You've gotten yor facts mixed up before re Enron; this time's no different.

California cooked its own goose with its backward policy of caving to environmentalists and not allowing any new power plants to be permitted for over ten yrs. Meanwhile they allowed all kinds of new growth and construction, so they became beggars for out of state energy.

PGE, So Cal Ed, and the other big utilities paid the price.
No other state had such problems.
