StanX,RtS,and G, Several weeks ago IBD wrote an article about major market bottoms always coming off a consumer confidence trough in the low 60's. Although a lagging indicator,IBD has a weekly TIPP survey that often precedes the consumer confidence number. If this indicator hits low 60's (it is there now) and then coincides to a rising market - it is worthy of being perhaps the "Mother of All Indicators". That is it might signal the bottom and not throw off false signals. Certainly worthy of our watch. JMHO Bob
